2012 Parade of Homes Master Bath

2012 MBA Parade of Homes ModelThis is a first entry into a series about our 2012 MBA Parade of Homes model the Roycroft located in Quail Haven Subdivision in Menomonee Falls.

The master bath is one of the most important rooms in your home. We made sure the Roycroft does not disappoint. It has everything you could want in a bathroom! One of the more unique items is the bubble tub with built in heater that gently raises the temperature of the water without requiring you to waste all your hot water. Instead of standard air jets you will be surrounded by relaxing bubbles that cling to you skin and gently pop for a relaxing effect. We actually installed this tub underneath the tile deck instead of over the top of the tile which just about any other builder in this marketplace will do. This subtle design element makes it much easier to clean as well as a cleaner streamlined look.

Digital Shower
A separate tile shower with a fully digital display allows you to set the exact temperature of the water as well as select your custom shower mode. On display is a pull out handshower or conventional sprayer.
From a design perspective you will notice that we located the whirlpool tub underneath the window at the rear of the home which overlooks the woods. One design feature that we included was blending the tub deck and the shower seat into one unit with a 2-sided glass door.

Combined tub/shower Deck

The Newest Faucets and Sinks
Master bath vanities with two sinks are a must these days. We feature Kohler’s brand new sinks and faucets that were just launched this year in a warm oil rubbed bronze finish.

The Final Result

New Toilets too!
A private commode is tucked behind a spacious towel cabinet.

Large porcelain tiles blend well with the unique granite top and dual sinks in the bathroom. The master closet is through the bathroom as to not disturb your visitors in your home. To finish it off a bright Velux skylight opens up the room with tons of natural light.
